Privacy notice

How this website uses cookies and visitor statistics.

Sea You Transformative Coaching (Marta) uses Google Analytics on seayou.coach to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, approximate location (country level), and the type of device and browser used. Contact: [email protected].

Cookies we use

This website stores cookies only after you accept analytics cookies. The cookies used for visitor statistics are:

  • _ga and _ga_<container> — distinguish visitors and measure usage; stored for up to 2 years.
  • _gid — distinguish visitors within a day; stored for 24 hours.
  • _gat_* — limit the rate of requests to Google; stored for 1 minute.

Google Analytics may also record events such as scrolling, outbound link clicks, site search and form interactions.

A small preference stored on your device

On the English pages, an invitation to the Emerging Leaders programme may appear. If you close it, this website saves one item in your browser’s local storage under the name seayou-promo-emerging-leaders. It holds only the date and time you closed the invitation, so that it does not appear again for seven days. It contains no personal data, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and stays on your device. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it.

Your consent

When you first visit the site you can accept or reject analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops the measurement and removes the cookies already stored on your device.

Google as our analytics provider

Visitor statistics are processed by Google LLC through Google Analytics. Google may process this data on servers outside the UK and the EEA; such transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Retention

Statistics are kept by Google Analytics for up to 14 months, in line with the default data-retention setting of the property.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, a copy of, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to or restrict its processing. Write to [email protected] at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK or to the Polish data protection authority, PUODO (uodo.gov.pl).
